The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for:

Trainings/Meetings/Reporting:  Continuously update knowledge of our Digital Marketing & Creative Solutions as well as awareness of industry innovations, current events, trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate with in-house training opportunities on products and services and attend all scheduled sales meetings (remote). Effectively manage sales funnel with new and existing Clients, generates reporting on sales activities and forecasting.

Sales Results:

Manages and leads all efforts necessary to identify and acquire new business. Offers solution-based selling through sales presentations.  Establishes strategic relationships with prospects and existing customers. 

Account Management and Planning: Lead efforts to fulfill agreements internally by working with key functional groups including Operations, Finance, Legal, Creative & Technology teams as well as Contractors.  Ensures seamless transition between Clients and all internal departments. Works within assigned existing Clients in developing and implementing the strategic sales plan to further penetrate accounts and drive new business. 

Customer Retention: Proactively works closely with Operations team on any potential Client challenges to maintain and grow billed revenue and to manage churn.

Requirements:

The Senior Account Executive position with our company is 100% commissionable with Vehicle, Cell Phone and Internet stipend. The position directly involves prospecting; networking, pre-qualifying, timely follow ups, presentation skills and lead closing. This is a remote position and requires the ability to be self-motivated to achieve sales success. Success depends on the ability to effectively sell our solutions and close leads.  This is not an entry-level position. Strong Sales background a must.  Knowledge of Digital Marketing is not necessary, but preferred.

Salary:

Commission is 10% – 20% of each sale plus 6% of monthly-billed revenue throughout the life of the contract. Realistic six figure income within first 12 months. No Cap on Commissions.  If you meet the above requirements, please submit your resume and supporting documents to hr@sanjika.com.

The Digital Marketing Intern will be responsible for:

Supporting the continued growth of our global agency by being a polished and professional ambassador of the Live brand.   Interacting with the agencies current and potential clients as well as industry professionals in support of our aggressive 2012 new business goals.  Participate with in-house training opportunities on products and services and attend all scheduled meetings (remote). Effectively ensure client needs are met, which may involve attendance at meetings as needed.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Research and support events for Atlanta, New York, Miami and Los Angeles offices.
  • Consistently work on assigned team strategy for further inbound market penetration.
  • Contribute to the Sanjika blog and departmental monthly email-marketing newsletter
  • Maintain local and national public relations media lists and editorial calendar
  • Support case study asset gathering and delivery
  • Maintain industry awards calendar, manage deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
  • Act as an ambassador for Live in all situations proactively promoting the agency.
  • Position yourself for future full time employment within the agency.

Qualifications:

Limited experience working in remote office environment, ideally within digital media.  Firm interest in digital marketing/creative advertising as a career.  Must have working knowledge of Social Media Platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Google +, etc.  CRM knowledge an added bonus.
